Authentication
Every piece is checked by us before it ships. We do not tag anything and we do not sell certificates. Here is what we actually do.
What we check
Construction, stitching, materials and weight against pieces we know. Box, labels and SKU alignment. Serials and movement detail on watches. Seals and print quality on collectibles.
Anything sourced through a third party is inspected at our Delhi facility before it goes out, not at the seller.
What we do not do
We do not attach authentication tags. A tag adds cost and proves nothing that our inspection has not already established. We do not issue certificates or serial-numbered cards.
We authenticate to the best of our knowledge and experience. If we are not confident in a piece, we do not sell it to you, and we tell you why.
Payment is final
Ask everything you want to ask before you pay. Once payment is made the order cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. We buy against your order specifically, so a change of mind leaves us holding stock we bought for you.
The one refund we owe you is the one we cannot deliver on: if we cannot procure the piece, everything you paid comes back in full.
Every piece is photographed at intake and at packing, and those photographs go to you on dispatch as the record of what we sent.
Ask before you pay
Anything you want to know about a specific piece, ask us on WhatsApp first. Payment is final, so we would rather answer ten questions than take an order you are unsure about.
