Privacy
We collect what an order needs and nothing else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
What we hold
Your name, phone number, email and delivery address. Order, quote and reservation history. Nothing about payment cards: those go straight to Razorpay and never touch our systems.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, quote on requests and send you updates about your own purchases. Release alerts only go out if you asked for them, and one message unsubscribes you permanently.
Who sees it
Our team, our courier for the delivery leg, and Razorpay for payment. Nobody else. We do not share or sell customer lists.
Deletion
Ask and we delete your account and personal data, keeping only what tax and accounting rules require us to retain against past orders.
Data requests
Email or WhatsApp us to see, correct or delete what we hold. We answer within seven days.
