Timelines

In-stock pieces ship within 48 hours and arrive in three to six days. Sourced pieces take 20 to 30 days from the day you accept a quote, because acquisition and inbound transit sit inside that window.

Reserved pieces ship after the release date once allocation is confirmed, then follow the sourced timeline.

Insurance and tracking

Every parcel is insured for its full value and tracked. You get the AWB by WhatsApp and email the moment it is generated. Loss or damage in transit is our problem, not yours.

Film the unboxing. One continuous take, starting with the parcel sealed and the label readable. It is the only evidence a courier claim accepts, and without it we cannot open one.

Packing

Pieces ship in the packaging they came in, protected inside an outer box. We do not remove or replace original boxes. If the original box is damaged, we tell you before dispatch.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally.
