BEFORE YOU RESERVE

Reservation terms

A reservation buys our effort on release day. It does not buy the piece. Read this before you pay a deposit.

What the deposit does

The deposit puts you in our queue for a specific release. We work retail accounts, draws and trade contacts on your behalf. It is not a purchase and it does not guarantee allocation.

When you can reserve

A drop is open to reserve from the moment it appears on the calendar until 24 hours before the release. Every countdown on the site runs to that closing time, not to the release itself.

We close 24 hours out because that is when draws start closing and accounts have to be in position. Under 24 hours we cannot set up properly for a new customer, and taking a deposit for effort we cannot make would be taking your money for nothing.

What you will pay

We do not promise retail. On a hyped release, if we secure a piece you pay the best market rate we can find that day plus our fee. On a release with no resale premium you pay retail plus our service fee for procuring it. Nothing more.

The exact number is confirmed to you in writing before any balance is charged. The deposit is credited against it.

If we do not get it

You take a full refund of everything paid, or you let us source it at market. We price that by hand on the day and quote you one number before anything is charged. If you decline, you are refunded in full. Refunds go back to source in three to five working days.

That choice is yours alone. We mark the release allocated or not, and then we stop: nothing moves off your reservation until you have picked one of the two, and we cannot pick for you.

Cancellation

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the release and take a full refund. That is the same moment reservations close, so the rule is one deadline rather than two: open to reserve, open to cancel, both until 24 hours out.

Inside that 24 hour window we are already committed to accounts, draws and contacts for you, so the reservation fee is forfeited in full and no refund is issued.

After that the only refund is the one we owe you: if we cannot procure the piece, everything you paid comes back in full. A change of mind is not a refund. Once payment is made the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

The terms in force on the day you paid your deposit are the terms that apply to that reservation. Later changes are not retroactive.

Nothing is hidden here

If any part of this is unclear, ask before you pay. We would rather explain it twice.
